Day 01 - Arrival & Ayurvedic Welcome

Land at Bandaranaike International Airport and transfer along the scenic coastal road to the tranquil riverside town of Kalutara. Arrive at your eco-certified Ayurveda wellness resort and be greeted with a warm herbal welcome drink. Spend the evening in a gentle introduction to Ayurvedic wellness philosophy, a beautiful beginning to your slow-living Sri Lankan journey.

 

Day 02 - Beach Yoga & Ayurvedic Consultation

Day 03 - Bentota Mangrove Safari & Herbal Steam

Day 04 - Cultural Triangle & Sunset Meditation

Day 05 - Mindful Sigiriya Climb & Forest Meditation

Day 06 - Temple & Gentle Yoga

Day 07 - Highland Train & Herbal Tea Ceremony

Board the iconic train at Nanu Oya and ride through a cinematic landscape of tea estates, jungle gorges, and cascading waterfalls all the way to enchanting Ella. Day 08 - Sunrise Yoga & Nine Arch Bridge

Day 09 - Yala Safari & Wildlife at Dusk

Day 10 - Mirissa Beach & Turtle Conservation

Day 11 - Whale Watching & Indian Ocean Sunset

Rise before dawn for a whale watching excursion on the Indian Ocean, where blue and sperm whales surface in waters that shimmer with morning light (seasonally available). Day 12 - Grateful Departure
