Day 01 - Arrival & Breathing Session

Land in Sri Lanka and transfer directly to the serene southern coast near Galle, where your wellness journey begins immediately. A warm herbal welcome drink and a guided breathing session ease you gently into the retreat rhythm. As the light fades, take a gentle walk along the beach, letting the sound of waves and the ocean breeze begin their quiet, healing work.

 

Day 02 - Sunrise Yoga, Galle Fort & Journaling

Greet the day with a sunrise yoga and meditation session on the beach as the ocean glows golden. Explore the Galle Fort at a deeply leisurely pace – no rushing, no schedules, just mindful wandering through centuries of history. In the afternoon, enjoy an optional Ayurvedic head massage. Close the day with sunset journaling by the sea in quiet contemplation.

 

Day 03 - Sinharaja & Restorative Yoga

Drive through small villages and rolling countryside to the secluded eco-wellness lodge near the ancient Sinharaja rainforest. Breathe deeply as the jungle surrounds you with biodiversity and stillness. As evening cools, enjoy a gentle forest breathing session beneath the tree canopy, followed by a deeply restorative yoga practice to release tension accumulated during travel.

 

Day 04 - Forest Bathing & Herbal Foot Therapy

Walk mindfully through the buffer zone of Sinharaja Forest Reserve, a UNESCO-listed rainforest teeming with endemic species. Pause to listen to birdsong, identify rare plants with your naturalist guide, and simply absorb the forest’s ancient energy. Day 05 - Ella Eco-Retreat & Yin Yoga

Day 07 - Little Adam's Peak & Yoga Nidra

Rise at dawn for the iconic sunrise walk to Little Adam’s Peak, arriving at the summit in time for a guided grounding meditation as the valley below emerges from the morning mist. Spend the free afternoon in herbal steam therapy or complete restoration. Close the day with a deeply immersive Yoga Nidra session, the ancient yogic art of conscious, complete relaxation.

 

Day 08 – Dhowa Temple & Loving-Kindness

Visit the peaceful, ancient Dhowa Rock Temple, carved from living granite, for a guided loving-kindness meditation practice that gently and completely opens the heart. Board a short scenic train through Sri Lanka’s breathtaking hill country, allowing the journey itself to become a meditation. In the evening, receive a soothing Ayurvedic body therapy treatment in Haputale.

 

Day 09 - Lipton’s Seat & Noble Silence

Begin with an inspiring morning yoga session overlooking Haputale’s spectacular misty valleys. Journey to Lipton’s Seat, the legendary viewpoint where Sir Thomas Lipton surveyed his vast tea empire or walk a quiet tea estate trail in complete peace. Spend the afternoon in silence and guided journaling, a powerful practice for self-reflection, clarity and inner renewal.

 

Day 10 - Tea Country & Gregory Lake

Transfer gently through the golden tea country to the charming highland town of Nuwara Eliya. Spend a restorative afternoon beside the tranquil Gregory Lake, letting its still waters mirror your own growing sense of inner calm. Optionally indulge in a professional spa therapy or luxuriate in an Ayurvedic herbal steam bath before a quiet, nourishing evening at your hotel.

 

Day 11 - Hakgala Gardens & Mindfulness in Nature

Greet the morning with a gentle yoga session framed by sweeping vistas of misty tea hills, simply unforgettable. Visit Hakgala Botanical Gardens, where manicured roses and ancient trees create a peaceful natural sanctuary. A guided mindfulness session in the gardens deepens awareness and presence. Day 12 - Ahangama Coast & Cinnamon Island

Travel to the coastal village of Ahangama, where the southern coast’s warm breezes, golden sands and turquoise waters welcome you with open arms.
